the kebab need taste adjustment to compromise indonesian tongues

of course people know what is kebab. kebab sellers usually sell from evening to night in indonesia. this food is served in a lot of cities in the world. even so Indonesian tastes are somehow different from Turkish. for those who are familiar with burgers will easy to accept kebabs because both similarity. but if you are not ,it will be different results. because typical indonesian associate the taste of bread with sweet. while the kebabs themselves comes from meat and vegetables. maybe if there is some modification kebabs can be accepted widely to locals. because for Indonesian tongue eat bread with meat is an odd combination. usually they combined with chocolate or milk.
